Okay everyone, things will be changing around here really soon. Stay tuned! I am like a little kid in a candy store.

ALSO, I am so excited to announce that Megan Papworth Photography will soon have it's own line of Photoshop Actions!!! Yes, can't wait. They will represent my post processing style and add some serious flavor to your photos. More information on the actions coming soon once they have been tested and perfected.

So...

I haven't told my attendees yet, but everyone who signs up or has signed up for my workshop (click on link) will be the FIRST to try and test these actions. That means you will get them FOR FREE!! Awesome, right? Workshop starts on Monday :)

Lauren's Senior Portraits

I thought maybe I would try and catch up and post all the sessions that I haven't posted, but that would take me about 4 years, so I will just start here...

I know I said this before, but I love this time of year - just cranking out senior sessions. Lauren is such a cute girl, she's a musician and super photogenic. We had a blast exploring new locations and spending the afternoon together.

2nd birthday party for Grey

Mother-in-law visiting from Oregon = have some fun!

Easter = relaxing, churching & eating candy. Easter candy is the best, is it not? Go get some Cadbury eggs!

Where has the time gone?

I can't believe my Grey will be 2 next week! This picture makes me smile - those sunburnt cheeks, the hat, the light. I love, LOVE, love him to pieces. 

As life goes on and days get crazy, it's often times so hard to focus on the small moments that pass us by so quickly. This is why photography means so much. I can have this moment forever. There's something about this picture that gets me a little chocked up, but it may mean nothing to the person to my left. That's the beauty of it all! We are all moved and inspired by different things; this is why I love art and being an individual.

Pojo Fitness

One of my favorite people in this world is Liz Jones (we were college roommates back in the day). She's a fitness guru, and who doesn't love that? We all could be in better shape, right? I mean, at least a little. 

Liz and Allison have a company called Pojo Fitness - they sell cute yoga mats with custom bags, clothing, DVD's, you name it. Liz and Allison are also available for personal/group training and teaching, pilates and zumba parties, corporate wellness classes, fundraisers and other events if you live in the Utah Valley. 

The Pojo blog offers healthy tips and workout advice on a weekly basis!

Ashley's Bridals :: Spring & Lemonade

This bridal session with Ashley was too much fun! When she contacted me about shooting her wedding she told me that she jokingly called it a "country lemonade party." So, we rolled with it and I loved it. We headed out the the lemon orchard, naturally. 

Thanks Ashley for the fun! The wedding was great - such cute details and the reception was beautiful! I am looking forward to posting pictures of that soon.

Workshop Announcement :: Senior Portrait Session

Hey there!

I know I have been a slacker here on the blog. You know how when you know something better is about to come along, it's hard to live in the present? That's how I feel right now while tirelessly working on my rebrand. I am IN LOVE with how it's coming together and my graphic designer has totally wowed me. Great feeling, right? So anyways, if you wondered why blogging has slowed down a bit, that's why. Hopefully my relaunch will happen at the beginning of April. Tis the season :) Thanks for following.
